The St Thomas House was built in 1978 and was lived in by Fr Gordon and Kh Mary Sue Walker for almost 40 years. The Walkers were a very warm hearted and hospitable couple. They always were interested in letting the Lord use them, and everything they owned, for the benefit of others. The home is now owned by Grace Ministries, the charitable organization that Fr Gordon started in 1972. Grace Ministries is committed to carrying on the Walker’s legacy.
We want to use this home to help young ladies who find themselves in need of a place to live when they are pregnant and don’t have the support they should have when facing this new challenge in their life.
We honor their choice to preserve the new life within themselves and we want to come along side them with a peaceful place where they can find support, assistance and encouragement.
